الملخص
ملخص: قامت الدراسة على معرفة متطلبات الإبتكار البيداغوجي بالجزائر، وتحليل العلاقات التأثيرية لرأس المال المعرفي بكل أبعاده(بشرية،هيكلية،اجتماعية) على الإبتكار البيداغوجي بها من وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجامعي، باستخدام الإستبيان الإلكتروني تم الحصول على 97 إستجابة قابلة للتحليل بالنمذجة البنائية الهيكلية، معتمدين على برنامج pls3، أظهرت النتائج أن رأس المال البشري والإجتماعي من أهم الموارد التي تحقق إبتكار بالجامعة، عكس رأس المال الهيكلي الذي لم تستطع الدراسة إيجاد علاقة بالإبتكار بالجامعة الكلمات المفتاحية: أستاذ جامعي؛رأس المال المعرفي؛الجامعات الجزائرية؛ ابتكار بيداغوجي Abstract The study was based on knowledge of the requirements of pedagogical innovation in Algeria, we analysis the impact of knowledge capital in all its dimensions (human, structural, social) on pedagogical innovation the university’s professor, using the electronic questionnaire we obtained 97 analytical responses by structural modeling, based on smartpls3, the results showed that human and social capital is one of the most important resources to achieve innovation at the university, as opposed to the structural capital that the study failed to highlight its relationship to pedagogical innovation. .keyword: University Professor;Knowledge Capital;Algerian Universities;Pedagogical Innovation
