Abstract
الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان بعض السياسات الحكومية الخاصة بالتكوين العالي في الجزائر، وهي قراءة تحليلية في بعض الإستراتيجيات الأخيرة المتعلقة بالجامعة كإستراتيجية التحول الرقمي(الرقمنة)، واستحداث عروض تكوين جديدة كتحلية مياه البحر والهيدروجين الأخضر، وتعزيز التكوين في العلوم الطبية وتعديلات مرتبطة ببرامج التكوين كإدراج اللغة الإنجليزية وتعميمها على جميع التخصصات و تمديد فتح مرافق مؤسسات التعليم العالي، لتحقيق السمعة الأكاديمية للجامعة الجزائرية وتحسين مرئيتها عالميا، خاصة وأن العالم يعرف طفرة نوعية في الإكتشافات والبحوث العلمية. فالجامعة نسق تندمج ضمنه مجموعة من الأنساق التعاونية والتبادلية، من أجل الإنتاج المعرفي وتحقيق الأهداف في شتى الميادين المختلفة. Abstract This study aims to illustrate some of the government policies related to higher education in Algeria, an analytical reading of some of the recent strategies related to the university such as the strategy of digital transformation (digitization), and the development of new formation offerings such as seawater desalination and green hydrogen, the promotion of training in medical sciences and amendments related to training programs such as the inclusion of the English language and its dissemination to all disciplines and the extension of the opening of facilities of higher education institutions, to achieve the academic reputation of the Algerian University and improve its visibility globally, especially since the world knows a qualitative leap in scientific discoveries and research. The university is a system that integrates a set of cooperative and reciprocal formats, in order to produce knowledge and achieve goals in various fields
