تجسدات علاقات السلطة وفعالية التنظيم في المؤسسة الجزائرية

الملخص
سعت الدراسة الراهنة إلى محاولة تشخيص الواقع الفعلي لعلاقات السلطة في المؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة كنموذج عن المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال محاولة معرفة مدى ارتباط كل من المشاركة والنمط العلائقي كمحددات لعلاقات السلطة في علاقتها بفعالية التنظيمات، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمد الباحث مقياس ليكرت الخماسي كإحدى طرائق المنهج الوصفي وزعها على عينة بلغت 123 مفردة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين درجة انفتاحية علاقات السلطة ومستوى الروح المعنوية، كما ترتبط زيادة درجة المشاركة بتحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية، كما أكدت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين زيادة مستوى الرضا الوظيفي ومرونة العلاقات الوظيفية. Abstract: The present study sought to attempt to diagnose the real reality of Authority relations in the port institution of Skikda as a model of the Algerian economic institution, and that is through to knowledge relationship participation and the relational model are linked in as determinants of Authority relations. in their relationship with the effectiveness of organizations. And To achieve these objectives, the researcher adopted a Likert scale. was distributed to a sample of 123 individuals, and the study concluded that there is a correlation between the degree of openness of authority relationships and the level of morale spirit. An increase in the level of participation is also linked to the achievement of organizational objectives. The study also confirmed the existence of a correlation between an increase in the level of Functional satisfaction and the flexibility of working relationships.
