الملخص
برزت "منطقة بحر قزوين" بعد الحرب الباردة، في المقدمة كمنطقة شهدت صراعات على السلطة وموارد الطاقة، إذ تعتبر المنطقة مهمة بسبب موقعها الجيوبوليتيكي والجيوستراتيجي كمركز لممرات عبور الطاقة، ما أدى إلى تدخل اللاعبين الإقليميين والعالميين وجعل أمن طرق النقل هذه أمرا ضروريًا لبلدان التصدير والاستيراد. وعليه، تستعرض هذه المقالة شبكات النقل والطاقة الموجودة في منطقة بحر قزوين، بالتركيز في المقام الأول على احتياطيات الطاقة وإمكانات الإنتاج في الحوض، بالإضافة إلى تحليل نشاط الدول في حوض قزوين ودينامكيات الطاقة التي ترافق البحث عن الامن الطاقوي. . Abstract: After the cold war, the “Caspian Sea region”—came to the fore front as a region where the struggle for power took place. Besides its energy resources, the region is important due to its geostrategic and geopolitical position as a hub for energy transit corridors. This has led to the intervention of both regional and global players and made the security of those transport routes crucial for export and import countries Accordingly, this article reviews the existing transport and energy networks in the region .As such it will focus primarily on the energy reserves and production potential of the Caspian, in addition the action of states within the Caspian region and the power dynamics that come with energy security.
