مشكلة الأمن البيئي في ظل التنافس الدولي على الموارد الطاقوية

الملخص
يعتبر الأمن البيئي من أهم القضايا التي يوليها الباحثين والخبراء أهمية بالغة خاصة بعد توسع مفهوم الأمن من مفهومه الضيق، إلى مفهومه الموسع. وفي ظل التنافس والصراع الدولي على الموارد الطاقوية بين مختلف الدول ، لتوفير حاجياتها من هذه الموارد الحيوية، دون مراعاتها للبيئة الأمر الذي خلق إحدى أهم المشاكل التي يعاني منها العالم والمتمثلة في التلوث البيئية التي مست بالأمن البيئي بشكل مباشر. حيث توصلت الدراسة الكشف عن العلاقة التي تربط بين التنافس الدولي على مصادر الطاقة والأمن البيئي، من خلال زيادة مستوى التلوث البيئي، وبناء على ذلك لابد للدول من تبني السبل والاستراتيجيات الجديدة التي أصبحت اليوم العديد من الدول تراهن عليها كبديل للهذه الموارد لتقليل من التلوث البيئة وتحقيق الأمن البيئي. تصنيفات JEL : Abstract: Environmental security is considered one of the most important issues that researchers and experts attach great importance to, especially after the expansion of the concept of security from its narrow concept to its expanded concept. In light of the international competition and conflict over energy resources between different countries, to provide their needs of these vital resources, without taking into account the environment, which created one of the most important problems that the world suffers from, which is environmental pollution that directly affected environmental security. Where the study revealed the relationship between international competition for energy sources and environmental security, by increasing the level of environmental pollution, and accordingly, countries must adopt new ways and strategies that today many countries are betting on as an alternative to these resources to reduce environmental pollution and achieve environmental security.
