الملخص

إن مؤسسة الشخص الواحد ذات المسؤولية المحدودة هي وليدة الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة المتعددة الشركاء تم استحداثها من طرف المشرع الجزائري سنة 1996 كإحدى الوسائل التعبيرية التي تدل على تبني الجزائر لنظام اقتصاد السوق الذي بدوره يعمل على تدعيم المبادرة الفردية و تجديد مداخيل الاقتصاد الوطني. فكانت هذه المؤسسة خطوة جريئة من المشرع من اجل جذب صغار المستثمرين و استجابة لمطالب المشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة التي تتطلب أموال ضخمة فتكون هذه المؤسسة الاختبار الأمثل لتجسيد مشاريعهم على ارض الواقع. رغم المصاعب التي تواجهها المقاولاتية و مؤسسة الشخص الواحد على حد سواء لا سيما الفراغات التشريعية و نقص ثقافة المقاولاتية عن طريق مؤسسة الشخص الواحد رغم سهولة إنشائها. The one-person limited liability company is the offspring of the multi-partner limited liability company, which was established by the Algerian legislature in 1996 as one of the means of expression that indicates Algeria's adoption of the market economy system, which in turn strengthens individual initiative and replenishes the incomes of the national economy. This institution was a bold step by the legislator in order to attract small investors and in response to the demands of small and medium-sized enterprises that require huge funds, so this institution will be the perfect test to embody their projects on reality. Despite the difficulties faced by both entrepreneurship and the one-person institution, especially the legislative gaps and the lack of a culture of entrepreneurship through the one-person institution, despite the ease of its establishment
