الملخص
تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول موضوع دور المطالعة الموجهة في تحسين جودة التعليم لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي، ولإنجاز هذه الدراسة قمنا باختيار ثلاث مؤسسات تربوية تابعة إقليميا لمقاطعة ولاية تيسمسيلت مكونة من 103أستاذا مجتمع لدراستنا الميدانية ، واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، و استخدمنا الاستمارة العملية لجمع المعلومات، و ذلك بعد التأكد من صدقها بعرضها على مجموعة من الأساتذة المحكمين في التخصص، وتم التحقق من ثباتها باستخدام معادلة بيرسون كما تم معالجة البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية (spss) لتحليل النتائج ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - تؤثّر المطالعة الموجّهة في تحسين التّحصيل الدراسي في الطّور الثّانويّ من خلال دورها الإيجابي في تحسين القدرات الذهنية لدى تلاميذ الطور الثّانويّ. - إفراد الأهمية الكبيرة لفاعلية المكتبة، وإثرائها من طرف الوزارة الوصية؛ خدمة للمطالعة حتى تسهم في رفع المستوى التعليمي للتلاميذ. - تبادل الخبرات والتجارب والمعارف مع الدول والمنظمات التي لها الريادة والسبق في تطوير مجالي المطالعة وجودة التعليم .Abstract: This study revolves around the topic of the role of directed reading in improving the quality of education among secondary school students. To complete this study, we selected three educational institutions affiliated regionally with the province of Tissemsilt Province, made up of 103 professors, for our field study. We relied on the descriptive approach and used the practical form to collect information. This was done after ensuring its validity by presenting it to a group of arbitrators in the specialty, and its stability was verified using Pearson’s equation. The data was also processed using statistical methods (SPSS) to analyze the results. The study reached the following results: - Directed reading affects the improvement of academic achievement in the secondary stage through its positive role in improving the mental abilities of secondary school students. - Giving great importance to the effectiveness of the library and its enrichment by the guardian ministry; A reading service that contributes to raising the educational level of students. - Exchanging expertise, experiences and knowledge with countries and organizations that have leadership and leadership in developing the fields of reading and quality of education.
