الملخص
نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية الاقتراب إلى محمولات أكثر الأحداث تميّزا في تاريخ الجزائر المستقلة، نقصد هنا الحراك الشعبي الجزائري، الّذي تمّ التواضع على أنّ انطلاقته كانت بتاريخ 22 فيفري 2019، وإن كنا نعتقد أنّ إرهاصاته سبقت ذلك التاريخ، هذا الحراك الذّي يمكن عَدُّه نتيجة منطقية لاحتقانات سياسية واجتماعية واقتصادية كثيرة. ووجب القول إنّ الخيط الناظم لهذه الورقة ليس النظر للحراك في بعده السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي، لأنّنا وبحكم التّخصّص اخترنا الاشتغال على حُمولة الشعارات المكتوبة الّتي رفعها المتظاهرون طيلة أكثر من سنة من التظاهر المستمرّ، تلك الشعارات الّتي تضمّنت منذ بداية الحراك نَفَساً ساخرا، عبّر من خلاله الجزائريّ عن امتعاضه الشديد من خطاب السلطة طيلة عقود، من سياسات ميّعت كلّ شيء إلى الحدّ الّذي أصبحت فيه كلّ ممارسات تلك السلطة عبثية، ولا أدلّ على ذلك من إصرارها على ترشيح رئيس مُقْعَد لا يملك لنفسه ضرا ولا نفعا. ولعلّ أبرز ما أثار انتباهنا طيلة أسابيع من المشاركة الفعليّة في مظاهرات (الجمعة)، ومن المتابعة المستمرة لفعاليات الحراك ومخاضاته ومآلاته، هو ذلك الاستحضار الساخر لخطابات سابقة، حاورها الجزائري من خلال لافتات مكتوبة واستثمر مضامينها للتعبير عن الراهن بكلّ تلويناته، مع ضرورة الإشارة إلى استحالة الاشتغال على جميع شعارات الحراك الأمر الذي دفعنا إلى اختيار عيّنة تخدم مبتغى البحث. Through this research document, we try to get closer to the charges of the most significant events in the history of independent Algeria. Here we hear the Algerian popular movement, humiliated by the fact that its launches took place on February 22, 2019, and if we think that its advances preceded this date, this movement can be counted as a Boolean result for many political contempt, social and economic. It must be said that the common thread of this article does not look at the movement in its political, social and economic dimension, because we, by specialization, have chosen to work on the load of written slogans that the demonstrators raised for more than fifty weeks of continuous demonstrations, these slogans which included since the beginning of the movement a sarcastic breath, through which he The Algerian expressed his deep indignation at the speech of the authority for decades, starting from policies which gathered everything to the point where all the practices of this authority have become absurd, and this is demonstrated by his insistence on appointing a president who will have no prejudice or any advantage for him. Perhaps what most aroused our attention throughout the seven weeks of active participation in the protests (Friday), and the continuous monitoring of the movement's activities, its throat and its hopes, is this cynical evocation of previous speeches, that the Algerian questioned in writing and invested its content to express the present in all its colors, with the need to indicate the impossibility of Working on all the mobility slogans, which led us to choose a sample in the service of research.
