The Extent To Which The Detainee Has Been Temporarily Treated With Special Punitive Treatment

Abstract
It is considered that pre-trial detention is an exceptional measure dictated by the necessity of investigation, and the rule was that the accused was innocent until proved guilty, the detainee must be temporarily subjected to special treatment in accordance with those rules. Most countries have tried to enshrine this in their laws in line with international conventions, however, the practical reality shows that those laws are not applied in most countries, especially poor ones, this is due to several considerations, the most important of which is the lack of technical resources and financial possibilities.
