تطوير النقل الحضري المستدام في الجزائر كأحد متطلبات تحسين قطاع النقل

الملخص
يكتسي النقل الحضري أهمية بالغة في حياة الأفراد، حيث تعد عملية إعادة هيكلته وتنظيمه عاملا أساسيا وحاسما لتنظيم وتطوير المدينة الجزائرية في وقتنا الحالي خاصة بالمناطق الحدودية، حيث يعتبر توسع و إختلاف خطوط شبكات النقل وكذلك زيادة كثافة السكان وتنوع أغراض تنقلاتهم بالإضافة إلى إنفجار المحيط الحضري، كلها تدفع المهتمين بهذا الشأن والقائمين عليه إلى تطوير منظومة النقل الحضري ككل مع ضرورة مراعاة خصوصية كل خط وتوفير نمط النقل الملائم لهم. وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على وضعية النقل الحضري المستدام في الجزائر، وذلك بالإعتماد على الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة أنه بالرغم من تزايد شبكات النقل وتنوعها خاصة النقل البري الذي له مكانة هامة، في الجزائر إلا أن هذا القطاع لم يرقى بعد إلى المستوى المرغوب. Urban transportation is of great importance in the lives of individuals, as the process of restructuring and organizing it is a fundamental and decisive factor for organizing and developing the Algerian city at the present time, especially in the border areas, where the expansion and variation of transportation network lines is considered, as well the purposes of their transportation, in addition to the explosion of the urban environment. All of them push those interested in this matter and those in charge of it to develop the urban transportation system as a whole, while taking into account the specificity of each line and providing the appropriate mode of transportation for them. Therefore, this study aims to shed light on the status of sustainable urban transport in Algeria, by relying on the descriptive analytical method. The results of the study concluded that despite the increase and diversity of transport networks, especially land transport, which has an important position, in Algeria, this sector has not yet reached the level of Desired level.
