الملخص
تعاني الأقليات المسلمة في العالم من ضعف الاهتمام و من أوضاع متدنية بالمقارنة مع مستوى الحياة بالمجتمعات كما تعيش قلة الامكانيات والتهميش الاجتماعي و السياسي وغيرها من العقبات التي قد تصل الى انتهاكات جسيمة لحقوقهم. يعتبر التدخل الانساني لحماية الاقليات بشكل عام و الاقليات المسلمة بشكل خاص من ابرز جالات التدخل الانساني كونه غالبا ما يكون ذريعة لتبرير تدخلات تمس بالشؤون الداخلية للدول و تحد من سيادتها. الامر الذي ادى الى طرح مسألة مشروعية هذا التدخل الانساني بين مؤيد ومعارض استنادا الى ما عبر عنه الفقه الدولي وجاءت به النصوص القانونية الدولية Abstract: In compared to the standard of living in other societies, Muslim minoritiessuffer fromlack of intention, poorliving conditions, social and political discrimination, among other inconveniences that may lead to the violation of their rights. Protecting minorities in general and Muslim onesspecifically, is the most important case of humanitarian intervention, because it is often considered as an excuse to justify intervention in internal affairs of the state and to limit its sovereignty. Which requires addressing the issue of whether this humanitarian intervention is justifiable or not, according to what theinternational jurisprudence and laws have said
