الملخص

ان المجتمع القائم على أسس التواصل الحضاري والحوار الأخلاقي بين افراده يعتبر من بين المجتمعات الحضارية التي يسعى يورغن هابرماس التأسيس لها وهذا ما يجعله يبدع نظرية تواصلية تنتمي لمشروع فلسفي نقدي ينبذ كل أشكال التناحر والتناطح بين الشعوب والامم والدول، ويدعو الى ضرورة بناء مجتمع انساني ببعد عالمي يقوم على فلسفة الاعتراف وسياسة الاختلاف، وتذوب فيه كل أشكال الاستعمار والاستبداد، وذلك بعد نقده اللاذع لكل مظاهر الانغلاق والانعزال والالتفات على الذات التي كرستها فلسفة الوعي متبني نهج سياسة الانفتاح على الاخر وضمان الفاعلية التشاركية والمساهمة الفعالة لكل الافراد في مجال عام تضمن فيه كل الحقوق رغم الاختلافات الايديولوجية والانتماءات الفكرية .
