أسبابُ قطيعةِ الرَّحِمِ "نظرةٌ شرعيَّةٌ في واقعِ المجتمعِ السُّوفِي" Causes Of Severing Ties Of Kinship -a Study In Sharia In The Soufi Society

الملخص
عُنِيَ البحثُ باستقصاءِ الأسبابِ التي جَعَلَتْ شريحةً مِنَ المجتمعِ السُّوفِيِّ المحافِظِ تَجْنَحُ إلى قطيعةِ رَحِمِهَا، وتَتَجَاسَرُ على الوقوعِ فيها، رَغْمَ الآثارِ الوخيمةِ الكثيرةِ التي تترتَّبُ عليها في الدنيا والآخرةِ. وتَبْرُزُ أهميَّةُ الموضوعِ من جهةِ أنَّ رَصْدَ الأسبابِ وتَبْيِينَهَا مِنْ شأنِهِ أنْ يَعْصِمَ من الوقوعِ في القطيعةِ ابتداءً؛ وذلك بالابتعادِ عن اقترافِ ما يؤدِّي إليها، كما أنَّهُ يُعَرِّفُ الذي وَقَعَ فيها بالسبيلِ الذي يُمْكِنُ أنْ يعودَ منه إلى الصِّلَةِ؛ لأنَّهُ حينئذٍ يكونُ قد شَخَّصَ الْمَرَضَ، ومِنْ ثَمَّةَ يَسْهُلُ عليه أَمْرُ العلاجِ. وقد وَجَدَ الباحثُ أنَّ تلك الأسبابَ لا تَخْرُجُ في أكثرِها عن أحدِ أمورٍ ثلاثةٍ: الزواج، أو المال، أو الشورى. Abstract: The research interested in examining deeply the reasons that made a segment of conservative soufich society tends to sever bond of kinship and dare to falling in, despite of many grave consequences that resulted in both this life and the afterlife. and the importance of the subject highlights in recognizing and clarifying the reasons that would protect from falling in the severing of kinship bonds at first; and this can be by avoiding what leads to it, as the research guides who fall in it to the right way that may enable him/her to retrieve kinship because at that time disease will be diagnosed and thus the treatment will be easy .and the researcher have found that those reasons are one of these 03 matters: Marriage, Mony or Shura.
