الحرب البيولوجية وانعكاساتها على مستقبل الإنسانية – كورونا نموذجا-

الملخص
نحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية مناقشة مسألة مهمة زعزعت مجمل اليقينيات وبعثرت الحسابات البشرية، ألا وهي فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد–19) فقد وضعت هذه الجائحة الإنسان في عري تام مع ذاته، ولم تنأ السيناريوهات المرعبة عن المشهد، والتي تعبر أذهان المواطنين وتبعث فيهم رعشة الخوف من المجهول. فالإنسان الذي يتبجح بقدراته الفائقة، ويتغنى باستحواذه على الطبيعة وطمس حقوق بقية الكائنات الأخرى، أصبح اليوم يتوارى خلف الأبواب المغلقة خوفًا من فيروس مجهري، مشهد درامي يعيدنا إلى تاريخ الأوبئة وبقاياها في الذاكرة، والتي ظن العلم المعاصر أنه تجاوزها. وقد انعكست هذه الجائحة بشكل سلبي على المنظمة الصحية والإيتيقية للإنسان، بحيث فضحت المنظمات الصحية التي عجزت على احتواء الفيروس، كما أوضحت حدود الطب ومحدودية قدرة الإنسان في مجابهة الأزمات. كما أوضحت أيضا هذه الجائحة اتساع مجال اللامتوقع وأنه لا وجود لحقيقة ثابتة وأنه لا مطلقية في العلم كما أنه ليس بالإمكان التنبؤ دائما في مسألة الأوبئة والجوائح، وهذا ما يستدعي التغيير بسرعة للحفاظ على مصير اللإنسان ووجوده. This research paper attempts to discuss an important issue that has shaken the foundations of certainties and disrupted human calculations, namely the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). This pandemic has left humanity in a complete state of vulnerability, with terrifying scenarios persisting and instilling fear of the unknown among citizens. The human being, who once boasted of superior abilities and glorified his domination over nature while disregarding the rights of other beings, now hides behind closed doors in fear of a microscopic virus. This dramatic scene harks back to the history of pandemics and their remnants in memory, which contemporary science thought it had surpassed. This pandemic has negatively impacted the health and ethical organization of humanity, exposing the health organizations that failed to contain the virus, as well as highlighting the limits of medicine and human capacity to face crises. Furthermore, this pandemic has also illustrated the widening scope of the unexpected, the absence of fixed truths, and the lack of absoluteness in science. It is not always possible to predict issues of epidemics and pandemics, which calls for a rapid change to safeguard the fate and existence of humanity.
