Abstract : This study delves into the impact of constitutional reforms on Algeria's consultative bodies, tracing their evolution through significant constitutional milestones from the 1963 Constitution to its subsequent iterations in 1976, 1989, 1996, the 2016 Constitution, and the 2020 amendment. It critically assesses the constitutionalization of consultative bodies and its influence on their efficacy and role within the Algerian state's institutional framework.
