الملخص
ملخص: يشكل القطاع الفلاحي أهم مرتكزات ودعائم الاقتصاد الوطني وأحد أهم القطاعات الإنتاجية الرئيسية المكونة للناتج المحلى، حيث تعتبر الترقية الوسيلة المحركة لهذا القطاع لما له من أهمية بالغة لنجاح السياسة التنموية المتبعة للنهوض بهذا القطاع. تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تقييم تجربة غرف الفلاحة الجزائرية في تنظيم القطاع الفلاحي، باعتبارها منبر لتجمعات ممثلين مصالح المهن الفلاحية، وكذلك شريكا مثاليا للسلطات الإدارية والتقنية المحلية أو الوطنية في جميع المجالات ذات الصلة بالتنمية الفلاحية. تناولنا مسعى غرف الفلاحة، كإحدى الآليات المطبقة في الجزائر لتنظيم قطاع الفلاحة، بالتعرض لمفهومها وأسباب نشأتها، ومهامها، كما تناول المقال مساهمة الغرف الفلاحية في ترقية نشاطات حرفيي القطاع. :Abstract The agricultural sector constitutes the most important foundations and pillars of the national economy and one of the most important major productive sectors that constitute the local product, where promotion is the driving tool for this sector because of the importance of the .development success policy used to promote this sector This document, aims at assessing the experience of the Algerian Chamber of Agriculture in organizing, the agricultural sector as a platform for the gatherings of representatives of the agricultural professions, as well as an ideal partner for local or national administrative and .technical authorities in all areas related to agricultural development We discussed the Chamber of Agriculture efforts, as one of the mechanisms applied in Algeria, to organize the agriculture sector, in view of .its concept and the reasons for its inception and its tasks
