الأوسمة والأنواط العسكرية في جيش الأمير عبد القادر

الملخص
هذه الدراسة قراءة في تراث الأمير عبد القادر المادي والمعنوي، ورصد لأحد منجزاته المميزة في مجال العسكرية الجزائرية، بما تحمله من طابع ثقافي وحضاري، وللتنظيم والضبط العسكري الذي أجراه على جيشه بغية تنظيمه وضبطه وفقا للأدبيات والتقاليد العسكرية المتعارف عليها في زمانه، وإرساءً لقواعد سلوكية جديدة قوامها الضبط والربط العسكري، والرفع من جاهزيته وروحه المعنوية، والعمل بروح الفريق بغية تكوين مجتمع عسكري حديث مواكب لتطورات عصره. ولأن الأمير أراد أن ينتقل بجيشه من المقاومة الشعبية إلى المقاومة المنظمة، فقد سن له القوانين وابتكر لذلك علامات الأوسمة والنياشين تكفهم وتحضهم، بغرض تكوين اللبنة الأولى في الأسرة العسكرية الجزائرية، ووصولا بهم إلى المجتمع العسكري المنتظم. وبهذه الابتكارات كان وسام عصره وأيقونة الأمة الجزائرية. This study is a reading on the material and moral legacy of Emir Abd-el-Kader, and a monitoring of one of his most important and distinguished achievements in the field of the Algerian military. Because of its cultural and civilizational character, and the organization and military tuning that he conducted over his army in order to organize and strictness it in accordance with the military deontology and traditions recognized in his time. Establishing new behavioral rules based on military tuning and bind, raising its readiness and morale, and working in a team spirit in order to form a modern military society that keeps pace with the developments of its time. Because the Emir wanted to move his army from popular resistance to organized resistance, he enacted laws for them and created badges of medals and Nishans to stimulate and repressive them. While he aimed to make the first step in the Algerian military family project, and up with them at a regular military community. With these innovations, he was the medal of his time and the icon of the Algerian nation.
