الملخص
تعتبر مقاربة مسألة الدولة متنوعة بطبيعتها، ويرجع ذلك إلى تنوع زوايا النظر إليها وتنوع واختلاف الأدوات المنهجية الخاصة بدراستها، في هذا الصدد يقول الباحث عبد الإله بلقزيز "البحث في الدولة من منظور علم الاجتماع أو الانثربولوجيا السياسية يختلف حكما عن نظرة المؤرخ إليها وقطعا عن نظرة الباحث في العلوم السياسية وفي القانون على نحو خاص". على إثر ذلك جاءت تجربة الأمير عبد القادر لمسألة الدولة أو مسألة الحكم كتجربة فريدة وجديدة مغايرة ومختلفة عن النماذج التي عرفت في عصره ، فهي كما سماها بعض المؤرخين "دولة مقاومــــــة".
