أخلاقيات البحث العلمي وضوابطه في الفكر الإسلامي Ethics Of Scientific Research And Its Regulations In Islamic Thought

الملخص

يطرح الباحث إشكالية عدم التزام كثير من الباحثين المعاصرين بأخلاقيات وضوابط البحث العلميّ وفق مناهج العلماء المسلمين في البحث العلميّ، وقد تناول أخلاقيات البحث، وأضاف موضوعات جديدة مثل آليات مراقبة أخلاقيات البحث العلمي، والفوائد المترتبة على الالتزام بهذه الأخلاقيات وأسسها، وكل ذلك من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفيّ. وجاء عرض البحث في خمسة مباحث: الأول لمعنى البحث العلمي وأهميته، والثاني لعناية الإسلام بالعلم والبحث العلمي، والثالث لأخلاقيات البحث العلمي في الفكر الإسلامي، ثم أخلاقيات الباحث في المبحث الرابع، وأخيرا ضوابط البحث العلمي في الفكر الإسلامي في المبحث الخامس. وختم البحث بنتائج أهمها: أن البحث العلمي في العالم العربي يواجه أزمة حقيقية مقارنة بالعالم الغربي. The researcher poses the problem of many contemporary researchers not adhering to the ethics and regulations of scientific research according to the methodologies of Muslim scholars in scientific research. The research addresses the ethics of research and introduces new topics such as mechanisms for monitoring the ethics of scientific research and the benefits derived from adhering to these ethics and their foundations, all through a descriptive approach. The research is presented in five sections: the first defines scientific research and its importance, the second discusses Islam's concern with knowledge and scientific research, the third covers the ethics of scientific research in Islamic thought, the fourth discusses the researcher's ethics, and finally, the fifth outlines the regulations of scientific research in Islamic thought. The research concludes with several key findings, including that scientific research in the Arab world faces a real crisis compared to the Western world.
