الملخص

ملخص: تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول استقصاء مفهوم التأمين التكافلي، وهو عبارة عن نظام يقوم على مساهمة المشتركين بتبرع بكامل أو بعض من مساهماتهم لتغطية الخسائر، مع الاعتماد في عملياته على أسس الشريعة الإسلامية. الدراسة تهدف أيضًا إلى إبراز مسار نمو وتطور التأمين التكافلي على المستوى العالمي وتوسعه وانتشاره في الجزائر، حيث سيتم بحث حالة التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر من خلال استعراض تجربة شركة سلامة والإشارة إلى التحديات التي تواجهها. خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر يعتبر صيغة شرعية للتعويض عن المخاطر وفق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، حيث إن صناعة التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر لازالت تعترضها عدة تحديات، فكان لابد من السعي وراء دعم وتطوير هذا النوع من الصناعة وذلك من خلال اللجوء إلى طرق وآليات تمكن من تحقيق الهدف الخدماتي لشركة التأمين التكافلي. كلمات مفتاحية: التأمين التكافلي، واقع صناعة التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر، تحديات صناعة التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر. تصنيفات JEL: G21-G22 Abstract: This investigation is centered on comprehending the intricacies of Takaful insurance, an arrangement grounded in the voluntary contribution of funds to cover losses, operating under the tenets of Islamic Sharia. The study focuses on charting the evolutionary trajectory and expansion of Takaful insurance globally, with a particular emphasis on its proliferation and current status in Algeria. Here, the discourse delves into an analysis of Algeria's Takaful insurance landscape, exemplified by the operational experiences of Salama company, and includes an exploration of the challenges encountered. The findings of this study establish that Takaful insurance in Algeria aligns with Islamic law's guidelines for risk compensation. However, the Takaful insurance sector in Algeria is confronting numerous hurdles. Addressing these challenges necessitates strategic support and enhancement of this sector, leveraging approaches and mechanisms that facilitate the realization of Takaful Insurance Company's service objectives.
