الملخص

الملخص : تتناول هذه الدراسة دور التمويل في تنمية ودعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وابراز أهمية الآليات الموضوعة من طرف الدولة لتشجيع إنشائها والحفاظ على ديمومتها وتحسين قدراتها التنافسية في السوق المحلي وكذا الأسواق الدولية. وتهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر و أهمية التمويل بالنسبة للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، ودور الدعم المالي والتسهيلات الممنوحة من طرف مختلف مؤسسات الدولة في تنمية وتحسين الأداء بالنسبة لهذه المؤسسات. ولقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مساهمة معتبرة وأثر واضح لنشاط هذه المؤسسات على مستوى أهم المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية، سواء تعلق الأمر بمساهمتها في التشغيل، الناتج الداخلي الخام وكذلك في خلق القيمة المضافة. Abstract This study addressed the role of financing in the development and support of small and medium-sized enterprises and the importance of the mechanisms put in place by the State to promote the creation and preservation of sustainability and to improve their competitiveness On the domestic market, as well as international markets. The study aims to demonstrate the impact and importance of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises and the role of financial support and facilities offered by the various state institutions in improving development and performance Of these institutions. The study concluded that there is a considerable contribution and impact of a clear activity by these institutions to the level of the most important macroeconomic indicators, whether contribution to the operation, gross domestic product and Creation of added value.
