Protection From Electromagnetic Pollution And The Importance Of Establishing The Legal Framework

Abstract
Electromagnetic pollution, a byproduct of modern technological advancements, presents a growing concern due to its potential impacts on human health and the environment. This paper explores the sources of electromagnetic pollution, its effects, and the existing protection measures, highlighting their limitations and the urgent need for a more robust approach. The paper proposes the establishment of a comprehensive legal framework to standardize and enforce protective measures, promote public awareness, and foster international cooperation. This legal framework aims to ensure that as our reliance on electronic devices and technologies grows, so does our commitment to minimizing their environmental footprint and protecting public health. The paper concludes with a call to action for all stakeholders, including governments, industries, and the public, to work collectively towards the effective management of electromagnetic pollution.
