الاتجاهات العلائقية السائدة لدى متخذي القرار بشركة مسير نقل الغاز الطبيعي بالشرق من خلال مدركات عمالها Relational Attitudes Among Decision Makers At Grtge Through Employees’ Perceptions

الملخص

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدركات عمال شركة مسير نقل الغاز الطبيعي بالشرق GRTGE للاتجاهات العلائقية السائدة لدى متخذي القرار بهذه المؤسسة، ومدى اختلافها حسب متغيرات الصفة المهنية، المستوى التعليمي، وسنوات الأقدمية. اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تم جمع البيانات من عينة حصصية شملت 198 فردا باستخدام استبيان صمم من طرف الباحث لقياس الاتجاهات العلائقية لدى متخذي القرار. وأفضت المعالجة الإحصائية إلى أن الاتجاه العلائقي الأكثر شيوعا لدى متخذي القرار بمؤسسة GRTGE من خلال مدركات عمالها هو اتجاه الدعم والتوطيد، يليه اتجاه حل المشكلات ثم اتجاه التقييم، وهو نفس الترتيب الذي ظهر لدى فئتي التعليم الثانوي والجامعي؛ بينما اختلف الترتيب باختلاف متغير الفئات المهنية، ومتغير سنوات الأقدمية، ولدى المستوى التعليمي الابتدائي Abstract : The aim of this study is to explore the perceptions of GRTGE’s employees about their managers’ most appearing relational attitudes and to what extend they differ according to professional category, educational level, and experience variables. Adopting a descriptive method, data were collected from a proportional quota sample of 198 employees at GRTGE, using a questionnaire designed by the researcher to measure managers’ relational attitudes. The statistical analysis showed the following results: - The most appearing relational attitude among GRTGE managers through their employees perceptions are the support and consolidation attitude, then solving problems attitude, then assesment attitude. - The same order appeared just among employees belonging to secondry school and university educational level categories. However, it differed according to professional category, experience, and primary school education level’s categories.
