علاقة الآثار بالتنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

الملخص
يعتبر التراث الأثري مصدرا للذاكرة الجماعية، حيث يعرفنا على تاريخ الشعوب والمجتمعات، مما يدفعنا إلى الحفاظ عليه في إطار مهمة وطنية وإنسانية. من هذا المنطلق نريد تسليط الضوء على العلاقة التي تربط المشاريع التنموية بالتراث الثقافي (الآثار)، فهذه العلاقة تكون إما علاقة تكافؤ وتكامل أو علاقة تباعد وتضارب وعدم انسجام. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى خطورة تقدم المشاريع التنموية على حساب المواقع الأثرية غير المعروفة، ومحاولة إيجاد الحلول للحد من دمار هذه المواقع الأثرية في ظل إنجاز هذه المشاريع، وتطبيق علم الآثار الوقائي في الميدان مع تحسيس الجهات المعنية بضرورة التنسيق بين المقاولين والباحثين في مجال الآثار. The archaeological heritage is a source of collective memory, because it introduces us to the history of peoples and societies, which prompts us to preserve it within the framework of a national and humanitarian mission. From this point of view, we want to shed light on the relationship between development projects and cultural heritage (antiquities), because this relationship is either a relationship of parity and complementarity, or a relationship of divergence, conflict and inconsistency. This study aims to know the extent of the seriousness of the progress of development projects to the detriment of unknown archaeological sites, and to try to find solutions to limit the destruction of these archaeological sites in view of the completion of these projects. , and the application of preventive archeology in the field with the awareness of the authorities concerned of the need for coordination between entrepreneurs and researchers in the field of antiquities.
