دور المؤسسات الناشئة في دعم التنمية المحلية

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تأكيد قدرة المؤسسات الناشئة على المساهمة في دعم التنمية المحلية إذا توفر المناخ الملائم الذي يسمح لها بالنمو و التطور، و الظروف الذي تسمح لها بالتركيز على أعمالها، و تم التأكيد أيضا على أن تحقيق الظروف المناسبة لإطلاق الأعمال التجارية و المشاريع الناشئة في المناطق الداخلية هي مهمة تقع على عاتق الدول. و كنتيجة لبحثنا هذا خلصنا إلى أنه من أجل الوصول إلى تنمية محلية فعلية يجب على الدول دعم و مساعدة المؤسسات الراغبة في الاستثمار في هذه المناطق ماديا و معنويا و تشجيعها بكل الوسائل المتاحة، تذليل العقبات و التحديات التي يمكن أن تواجهها هذه المؤسسات في البيئات الداخلية وفي جميع مراحل حياتها. الكلمات المفتاحية: المؤسسات الناشئة، التنمية المحلية، خلق الثروة، خفض البطالة، الاستثمار. تصنيفات E220, E240, D310, O180, M130 :JEL Abstract: This study aims to affirm the ability of emerging enterprises to contribute to supporting local development if there is an appropriate climate that allows them to grow and develop, and the conditions that allow them to focus on their business. It was also emphasized that the realization of the right conditions to launch businesses and start-ups in the interior is a task for states. As a result of our research, we have concluded that in order to achieve effective domestic development, States must support and assist institutions wishing to invest in these areas physically and morally and encourage them by all available means, overcoming the obstacles and challenges these institutions can face in internal environments and at all stages of their lives.
