واقع المشاركة السياسية في الجزائر وتحديات تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي

الملخص
تعتبر المشاركة السياسية محصلة الجهود التي يقوم بها المواطنون بهدف التأثير على اختيار السياسات العامة وإدارة الشؤون العامة أو اختيار القادة السياسيين بشكل إرادي وواعي بما يحقق المصلحة العامة، عن طريق إضفاء الرقابة الشعبية في مختلف المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والقانونية والاجتماعية باعتبار المشاركة السياسية من أهم المواضيع التي تحظى بأهمية بالغة لدى صناع القرار لانعكاساتها المختلفة على استقرار النظام السياسي ومصداقيته، ولقيام أي نظام ديمقراطي حقيقي يتوجب على الدولة أن تكفل الحقوق السياسية وتحميها بنصوص دستورية وقانونية لتشجيع مواطنيها على المشاركة في الانتخابات، وواقع المشاركة السياسية في الجزائر عبر مختلف الاستحقاقات الانتخابية ومنذ التعددية السياسية يعبر عن أزمة حقيقية أعاقت عملية المشاركة السياسية وغياب الاستقرار السياسي في مرحلة زمنية معينة بسبب احتكار العمل السياسي والحزبي وأزمة شرعية النظام السياسي والفساد بشقيه السياسي والإداري كلها عوائق أدت إلى أزمة ثقة بين الحاكم والمحكوم، ولهذا دراستنا تهدف لتقييم واقع المشاركة السياسية في الجزائر ومدى مساهمتها في تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي. Political participation is the result of the efforts made by citizens with the aim of influencing the choice of public policies and the management of public affairs or the choice of political leaders in a voluntary and conscious manner in order to achieve the public interest, by adding popular oversight in various political, economic, legal and social fields, given that political participation is one of the most important topics that enjoy Of great importance to decision-makers because of its various repercussions on the stability and credibility of the political system, and for the establishment of any true democratic system, the state must guarantee political rights and protect them with constitutional and legal texts to encourage its citizens to participate in elections, and the reality of political participation in Algeria through the various electoral events and since political pluralism expresses A real crisis that impeded the process of political participation and the absence of political stability at a certain point in time due to the monopoly of political and partisan action and the crisis of legitimacy of the political system and corruption in both its political and administrative aspects are all obstacles that led to a crisis of trust between the ruler and the ruled, and for this our study aims to assess the reality of political participation in Algeria and the extent of its contribution to achieving stability politician.
