فِكرة الترجمة: قراءة في مشروع عبد الله إبراهيم

الملخص
ملخص البحث تسعى هذه الورقة إلى النظر في المنجَزَ البحثي الثّرّ للأديب والمفكر العراقي عبد الله إبراهيم، في شِقّه الخاص بالترجمة وقضاياها، وإلى الكشف عن المجالات والقضايا التي كانت مَدار اشتغاله بها، وإلى التعريف بإضافاته النقدية في مضمارها، من خلال اهتمامه بالتأريخ لها عربيا، وبالمعالجة النقدية لنصوص إبداعية عالمية وعربية شكَّلت الترجمةُ قضيَّتها الأساس، أو إحدى قضاياها المهمة، وتحرّت الورقة البرهنة على أن اهتمامه بالترجمة فرضَه تلقائيا البُعد المقارَنيّ في أعماله النقدية، على الرغم من عدم إصداره لأي كتاب مُترجَم. كذلك اهتممْنا بالاستدلال على أن تفكيره في الترجمة أبان عن اهتدائه حدْسِيًّا بالدراسات الثقافية، وعن تقاطُعه مع نظريات ترجمية متداوَلة. Abstract The aim of this paper is to examine the complex research achievement of the Iraqi writer and thinker Abdullah Ibrahim with respect to translation and the issues involved, and to reveal the research areas and issues he focused on, and finally to introduce his critical additions to the fields mentioned, through his interest in the historical development of translation in the Arab world, and in the critical treatment of world and Arab literary texts, which focused on translation as its core subject. The paper investigated the proof that his interest in translation was automatically imposed by the comparative perspective in his critical studies, despite the fact that he did not publish any translated book. Interested was also expressed in the ways his thinking about translation showed that he was intuitively guided by cultural studies, and his intersection with current translation theories.
