الملخص
يلعب الإبداع الإلكتروني دورا مهما وفعالا في حياة الأفراد والمجتمعات فهو يمنح الأفراد المقدرة على تحسين الإنتاج وتطويره واستخدام قدراتهم وتوظيفها في مختلف المجالات للمساهمة في إنتاج كل ما هو جديد ومفيد، فالإبداع يمثل نمط حياة وسمة شخصية وأسلوبا منظما يمكننا من فهم وإدراك العالم، وللإبداع الإلكتروني أهداف جوهرية تكمن في رفع مستوى الأداء والممارسات البحثية في التعليم وحتى في مجالات أخرى متعددة، وكذا تحفيز العاملين نحو جودة الأداء واستدامة النجاح. كما يعمل على زيادة تخيل الفرد وتنشيط مخيلته للإتيان بالأفضل وجعلها تبدو محققة على أرض الواقع مما يسمح بتسهيل الحياة ، وتوفير الرفاهية للفرد والمجتمع، ومنه جاءت اشكاليتنا المطروحة: ما هو الدور الجوهري للإبداع الإلكتروني لدفع عجلة تنمية المجتمع؟ Electronic creativity plays an important and effective role in the lives of individuals and societies it gives individuals the ability to improve and develop production, use their capabilities and employ them in various fields to contribute to the production of everything that is new and useful. Creativity represents a lifestyle, a personal trait and an organized method that enables us to understand and perceive the world. Electronic creativity has essential goals that lie in raising the level of performance and research practices in education and even in various other fields , as well as motivating workers towards quality performance and sustainability of success it also works to increase the imagination of the individual and activate his imagination to come up with the best and make it , it seems achieved on the ground, which allows facilitating life and providing well-being for the individual and society, and from it came our problem raised what is the essential role of electronic creativity to advance the development of society.
