This study aims to investigate the identity and altruism in the Arabic theatrical discourse, given the fact that the historical background of the Arabic théâtre is a reaction to the Western model that views the Arabic self as being inartistic. In this regard, the critic Khalid Amin is displacing it to what he has called spaces hybridization via the clash between the cultural center and the culture of the margin. Consequently, this led to the appearance of many binary opposite duals, such as the self versus the other, the East versus West, the colonizer / the colonized, etc. Due to this marginalization, the Arabs went for other various local and traditional bystanding and watching, such as halqa (street theatre), the praiser, the storyteller, etc. This was not viewed as a theater and was viewed as a pre-theatre form. The article is represented by relying on Tayeb Saddiki model, who sought to establish an Arabic théâtre with a universal and global dimension.
