التكوين المقاولاتي كآلية لخلق المؤسسات الناشئة بالمؤسسات الجامعية-دار المقاولاتية بجامعة يحي فارس بالمدية-

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء حول أهمية التكوين المقاولاتي ودور دار المقاولاتية بجامعة المدية في نشر الفكر المقاولاتي بالوسط الجامعي، وتحفيز الطلبة الجامعيين نحو الابتكار وتجسيد أفكارهم إلى مؤسسات ناشئة خاصة بهم، اعتمدنا على طريقة الاستبيان الذي وجه للطلبة الذين تلقوا تكوينا بدار المقاولاتية وعددها 68 استبيان، توصلنا أن دار المقاولاتية نجحت في فرض تواجدها بجامعة المدية من خلال سلسلة نشاطات طيلة السنة الجامعية، ساعد في إكساب الطلبة مجموعة من المهارات الإدارية وتعزيز روح الابتكار لديهم، كما توصلنا إلى أن عدم فعالية البرنامج التكويني في الوصول إلى التجسيد الفعلي لأفكار الطلبة المكونين إلى مشاريع ناشئة يعود لعدة أسباب من بينها أسلوب التكوين بدار المقاولاتية مغاير للواقع الحقيقي، ومواجهته لعدة معيقات تحول دون تحقيق ذلك، في مقدمتها مشكل التمويل والفوائد الربوية التي تتعامل به الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية أدى إلى عزوف الطلبة المتكونين رغم حوزتهم لمشاريع. Abstract: The study aims to shed light on the importance of entrepreneurship training and the role of the house of Entrepreneurship at Medea University in spreading entrepreneurial thinking within the university community, and to encourage university students towards innovation and transforming their ideas into their own start-up ventures. We relied on a questionnaire method directed to students who received training at the Entrepreneurship house, with a total of 68 questionnaires. Our findings indicate that the house of Entrepreneurship has succeeded in establishing its presence at Medea University through a series of activities throughout the academic year, helping students acquire a range of managerial skills and enhancing their innovative spirit. As we have reached the conclusion that the inefficiency of the training program in achieving the actual realization of the ideas of the student trainees into startups is due to several reasons, the training methodology at the house of Entrepreneurship is different from the actual reality, and facing several obstacles that prevent the achievement of this, foremost among them the problem of financing and the usurious interests dealt with by the National Agency for Support and Development of Entrepreneurship.
