تصور مقترح لتوظيف تقنيات انترنت الأشياء لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات: دراسة نظرية

الملخص
يتأثر العالم من حولنا بشكل كبير بهذا التطور التكنولوجي وعلى رأسها انترنت الأشياء ( IOT ) في المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات، من خلال ادخال التقنيات الذكية والخدمات عبر الانترنت، يهدف هذا المقال إلى التعريف بتقنيات انترنت الأشياء المتخصصة بخدمة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة التي قد تستخدمها المكتبات لتعزيز رضاهم وتقديم خدمات أفضل، فرضت طبيعة الدراسة على استخدام المنهج الوصفي وتحليل المحتوى لوضع التصور المقترح للخدمات المكتبية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من منظور انترنت الأشياء. لذلك تأتي هذه الدراسة في توضيح سبل الإفادة من تقنيات انترنت الأشياء في المكتبات لخدمة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتحديّات تطبيقها، ووضع التصور المقترح لتوظيفها وخدمة هؤلاء الأشخاص ممّا يعزز التعلّم الذاتي لديهم، إضافةً للحصول على مصادر المعلومات دون تدخل بشري باستخدام التقنيات المساعدة، خلصت هذه الدراسة يمكن لإنترنت الأشياء أن تجعل حياة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أكثر راحة وتنمية الابداع لديهم. The World around us is greatly affected by this technological development, especially Internet Of Things ( IOT) technics in libraries and information centers through the introduction of smart technologies and online services. This article aims to introduce the internet of things technologies that specialized in serving people with disabilities, that libraries may use to enhance their satisfaction and provide better services. The nature of the study imposed on use of the descriptive approach and content analysis, to put the Proposed Visualization of library services for people with special needs from the perspective of the internet of things. Therefore, this study comes to clarify ways to benefit from internet of things technics in libraries to serve people with disabilities, the challenges of their application, and the proposed visualization of employment it, and serving these people, which enhance their self-learning, in addition to obtaining information sources without human intervention using assistive technologies. This study concluded internet of things can make the lives of people with disabilities more comfortable and developing their creativity.
