الملخص
ملخص: لقد شكّل التلفزيون قدرا كبيرا من الأهمية والخطورة في ذات الوقت، اذ أضحى نظاما قائما بذاته، يؤثّر ويتأثّر، ويتفاعل مع غيره من الأنظمة في سياقات اجتماعية من بينها السياسة، وبالنظر إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية وثيقة بين الاعلام والسياسة، حيث يقدّم الاعلام مادة علمية تعكس جوانب العمليات السياسية المتعددة وساهم بقدر كبير في المشاركة السياسية. ولعل أبرز هذه المحطات السياسية التي شهدت مجرياتها الجزائر رئاسيات ديسمبر 2019، التي شدّت انتباه دول العالم، لما مرت به البلاد من تحولات سياسية في نظام الحكم، حيث وقع اختيارنا على خطاب أجراه المترشح عبد المجيد تبون بولاية قسنطينة قمنا بتحليله سميولوجيا وفق خطوات منهجية علمية، أوصلتنا إلى نتائج علمية دقيقة تجيب عن تساؤلات الدراسة.
