الملخص
عرفت الجزائر في نهاية العقد السادس من القرن السابع عشر اضطرابات سياسية وأمنية كبيرة، أدت إلى شل نظام حكم الباشوات، وتعويضه بنظام الآغاوات، الذي امتد من عام 1659م إلى غاية نهاية سلطتهم الفعلية على البلاد عام 1671م، تاريخ استلاء الدايات على مقاليد الحكم، وقد شكل عهد الآغاوات منعرجًا هامًّا في تاريخ الجزائر الحديث، وذلك لما تميّز به من أحداث، وما شهده من تغيّرات طرأت خاصة على المجال السّياسيّ والإداريّ والعسكري، وكان بذلك مرحلةً انتقاليّة توّسطت عهد الولاة العثمانيّين المعينين، الذين أطلقت عليهم تسمية البيلربايات ثم الباشوات، وعهد الولاة المنتخبون أو بالأحرى المحظيون بالإجماع من طرف الديوان، والذين كان أولهم الاغاوات ثم الدّايات. ولمحاولة الوقوف عند حقيقة تطور الوضع السياسي والعسكري في تلك الفترة بالجزائر من جهة، وفي المجال الذي كان يحيط بها من جهة أخرى، سوف يتم التعرض لمختلف جوانبه، وأهم أحداثه وعملياته، من خلال هذا المقال، في محاولة للإحاطة قدر الإمكان بالموضوع، عن طريق استعراض أهم التطورات التي عرفها، وكذا مختلف الصفحات التي طواها. Algeria had known at the end of the six decade of the seventeenth century, great political and security troubls, which led to overthrow the Pashas regime, and replaced it with the Aghas regime, which extended from 1659, until the end of their rule in the country in 1671, the date when the Days took over the reins of government, and the Aghas era was an important stage in the modern history of Algeria, because of the events that characterized it, and the changements happened especially in the political, administrative and military field, thus was a transitional stage in the appointed ottoman governors era, who were called “The Bilarbayat” then “The Pashas”, and the era of elected governors, or rather, those who were unanimously favored by the Diwan, the first of whom were The Aghas, and then The Days. And to try to stand at the reality of the development of the political and military situation in that period in Algeria on one hand, and in the field that surrounded it on the other hand, it will be exposed through this article to its various aspects, its most important events and operations, in an attempt to be as brief as possible on the subject, by reviewing the most important developments witnessed, as well as the various stages passed.
