استثمار أموال الوقف في الجزائر بين الواقع والمأمول

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء حول قطاع الأوقاف في الجزائر، حيث عمدت إلى الوقوف على واقع استثمار أموال الوقف في الجزائر وآفاقه، وذلك من خلال الإشارة إلى ماهية الوقف، وكذا التعرف على الصيغ التي تسمح باستثمار أموال الوقف وتنميتها، وكخطوة أخيرة تناولنا واقع استثمار أموال الوقف في الجزائر وآفاق الاستثمار الوقفي الجزائري. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تصب في سياق واحد ألا وهو أن الاستثمار الوقفي في الجزائر يمكن أن يوصف بالضعيف، وهذا يرجع إلى تركيز الهيئة المسؤولة على صيغ الايجار بأثمان زهيدة للأصول الوقفية المختلفة، لذا لابد من التنويع في صيغ الاستثمار بما يتماشى وطبيعة كل وقف. Abstract: This study aims to highlight on the WAQF sector in Algeria. It seeks to examine the reality of investing waqf funds in Algeria, as well as its expectations, by discussing the nature of the WAQF and identifying the formulas that allow for the investment and development of the WAQF funds. As a final step, the study discusses the current state of the WAQF funds investment in Algeria and the prospects for Algerian WAQF investments. The study concludes that WAQF fund investment in Algeria can be described as weak, which can be attributed to the responsible authority's focus on leasing formulas at low prices for various the WAQF assets. Therefore, it is necessary to diversify investment formulas in line with the nature of each WAQF property.
