التأمين التكافلي الإسلامي: واقع وتحديات: تجارب دول الخليج ودول آسيان

الملخص
شهد التأمين التكافلي نموا متسارعا تجاوز عتبة الرقمين وباختلاف فيما بين الدول المتبنية لهذا النوع من الصناعة، ومن أهم الأقاليم التي ازدهر فيها التأمين التكافلي منطقة الخليج العربي ومنطقة جنوب شرق آسيا، وذلك بسبب الآثار الايجابية الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية ومطابقته لأصول الشريعة الإسلامية. وعليه أردنا في هذه الدراسة أن نعطي صورة مبسطة عن صناعة التأمين التكافلي من خلال تأصيل نظري لهذه الصناعة وإلقاء الضوء على بعض التجارب الدولية الرائدة في هذا المجال لكي نعطي صورة واضحة حول ما وصلت إليه هذه الصناعة خلال أربع عقود منذ ظهورها. Taqaful insurance has witnessed rapid growth that exceeded the two-digit threshold and with a difference among the countries that adopt this type of industry, and one of the most important regions where the Taqaful insurance flourished in the Arab Gulf region and Southeast Asia, This is due to the positive economic and social effects and its conformity with the principles of Islamic law. Therefore, we wanted in this study to give a simplified picture of the Taqaful insurance industry through a theoretical rooting for this industry and shed light on some of the leading international experiences in this field in order to give a clear picture of what this industry has reached during the four decades since its emergence. L'assurance Taqaful a connu une croissance rapide qui a dépassé le seuil à deux chiffres et avec une différence entre les pays qui adoptent ce type d'industrie, et l'une des régions les plus importantes où l'assurance Taqaful a prospéré dans la région du Golfe arabe et en Asie du Sud-Est, c'est en raison de ses effets économiques et sociaux positifs et de sa conformité aux principes de la loi islamique. Par conséquent, nous avons voulu dans cette étude donner une image simplifiée de l'industrie de l'assurance Taqaful à travers un enracinement théorique de cette industrie et mettre en lumière certaines des expériences internationales de premier plan dans ce domaine afin de donner une image claire de ce que cette industrie a atteint pendant les quatre décennies qui ont suivi son émergence.
