الملخص

يعاني الطفل في المراحل العمرية المبكرة والمتوسطة من العديد من المشكلات، إذ تتنوع هذه المشكلات لتشمل عدد من الاضطرابات التي تنعكس بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر على جوانب حياتهم الشخصية والاجتماعية والأكاديمية، ومن هذه الاضطرابات فرط الحركة المصحوب بقصور الانتباه والاندفاعية حيث بعد كل من اضطراب قصور الانتباه والاندفاعية عرض من الأعراض الرئيسية شائعة الظهور عند الأطفال المصابين باضطراب فرط الحركة، وإذا تم التهاون في تشخيصها وعلاجها أو التكفل بالتلاميذ الذين يعانون منها قد يؤدي ذلك إلى مشاكل تربوية أبرزها ضعف التحصيل الدراسي، أو حتى الرسوب المدرسي، وقد تؤدي أيضا إلى متاعب داخل الأسرة لذا ركزنا في مداخلتنا هذه على مشاكل وخصائص أطفال ذوي تشتت الانتباه وفرط النشاط الحركي والمعايير الأساسية للتشخيص، وتم التطرق إلى مفهوم تشتت الانتباه وفرط النشاط الحركي، وأيضا التطرق إلى الأبعاد الأساسية لمعايير التشخيص، وأيضا خصائص ومشاكل الأطفال ذوي تشتت الانتباه،وعوامل تشتت الانتباه وبعض المداخل العلاجية وفي أخير الخروج بمجموعة من التوصيات. A child in the early and Middle Ages suffers from many problems, as these problems vary to include a number of disorders that directly or indirectly affect aspects of their personal, social and academic lives, and these disorders include hyperactivity with attention deficit and impulsivity After both, attention deficit disorder and impulsivity are among the main symptoms that are common in children with ADHD, and if its diagnosis and treatment or care for students who suffer from it are neglected, this may lead to educational problems, most notably poor academic achievement, or even school failure. Also lead to trouble within the family Therefore, in our intervention we focused on the problems and characteristics of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and the basic criteria for diagnosis, and the concept of attention deficit hyperactivity and motor activity was addressed, as well as addressing the basic dimensions of the diagnostic criteria, as well as the characteristics and problems of children with attention deficit, distraction factors and some entrances Therapeutic and finally come up with a set of recommendations.
