ملخص: شكلت صناعة الرقائق الإلكترونية ثورة في عالم التكنولوجيا، وفي عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي تحديدا الذي بات فيه الصراع حول امتلاك أحدث التقنيات في صناعة "الشرائح أو الرقاقات الإلكترونية" يوازي أهمية امتلاك الأسلحة النووية، فالمعلومة أضحت فقرة أساسية في عهدة الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتوازي قيمة النفط الذي يعتبر المحرك الرئيسي والشريان الحيوي لمعظم الصناعات، مما أجبر القوى الدولية على مواكبة التطور وتحديث أسلحتها، فتصاعدت المنافسة الشرسة بين الشركات التابعة للقوى الدولية، وتصاعدت الحرب التجارية الاقتصادية بين الولايات المتحدة الأميركية والصين، و أصبحت صناعة "الرقائق الإلكترونية" إحدى أهم الركائز الأساسية التي تهدد الأمن القومي للدول في بيئة أصبح متغير التهديد يتغير بشكل دائم بتطور الآليات التكنولوجية وكيفية توظيفها. Abstract : The electronic chip industry formed a revolution in the world of technology, and in the era of Artificial Intelligence, the conflict over the possession of the latest technologies in the manufacture of "chips or electronic chips" is equivalent to the importance of owning nuclear weapons, as information became an essential column in the custody of Artificial Intelligence, and is equivalent to the value of oil, which is the main engine and vital artery for most industries, which forced international powers to keep pace with development and modernize their weapons, so fierce competition escalated between companies affiliated with international powers, and the economic trade war between the United States of America and China escalated. The "electronic chips" industry became one of the most important pillars that threaten the national security of countries in an environment where the threat variable is constantly changing with the development of technological mechanisms and how to employ them.
