الآثار السيكولوجية والاجتماعية لدى لمراهق ضحية التنمر الالكتروني

الملخص

تهدف هده الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أهم الآثار السيكولوجية والاجتماعية التي تنعكس على المراهقين ضحايا التنمر الالكتروني نتيجة تعرضهم لمجموعة من أشكال التنمر الالكتروني عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ومن أجل هذا تم اختيار عينة قصدية متكونة من (04) مراهقين سبق لهم وتعرضوا لتنمر الكتروني، تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (14-16)، باستخدام المنهج العيادي بأدواته المتمثلة في المقابلة واستخدام مقياس التنمر الالكتروني كما تدركه الضحية المراهقة من إعداد رمضان عاشور حسين. وبعد تحليل المعطيات تمثلت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها كالآثار السيكولوجية في الحالات الاكتئابية، القلق، اضطرابات في النوم، فقدان الشهية. أما بالنسبة للآثار الاجتماعية فتمحورت حول الانعزالية، محاولة تكرارية للانسحاب من المدرسة مع فقدان الثقة في الآخرين Abstract: This study aims to reveal the most important psychological and social effects that are reflected on adolescents victims of cyberbullying as a result of their exposure to a range of forms of cyberbullying through social networking sites, and for this an intentional sample was selected consisting of (04) adolescents who had previously been subjected to cyberbullying, aged between (14-16), using the clinical approach with its tools represented in the interview and the use of the electronic bullying scale as perceived by the adolescent victim prepared by Ramadan Ashour Hussein. After analyzing the data, the most important findings were psychological effects in depressive states, anxiety, sleep disturbances, anorexia. As for the social effects, they revolved around isolationism, a repetitive attempt to withdraw from school while losing trust in others.
