الملخص

الملخص: ‏ تستهدف هذه الدراسة إبراز دور المعهد ‏الوطني للبحث في التربية، بوصفه ‏مؤسسة ‏بحثية ‏ناشطة في حقل البحث العلمي ‏والتطوير التكنولوجي، وتحديدا البحث ‏العلمي ‏التربوي، باعتباره واحداً من ‏المكونات ‏الأساسية للنظام التربوي القائم والمعتمد في ‏الجزائر، من ‏خلال قراءة قانونية قائمة على ‏تحليل ‏محتوى لأبرز القوانين والتنظيمات ‏التي تحكم وتنظم حقل ‏البحث العلمي والتطوير ‏التكنولوجي عموماً، ‏والمعهد الوطني للبحث ‏في التربية على وجه ‏التحديد. ‏ الكلمات المفتاحية: البحث التربوي، التشريع ‏الجزائري، القرارات المركزية، المؤسسات ‏البحثية، جودة ‏القرارات Abstract: ‎ This study aims to highlight the role ‎of the National Research ‎‎Institute in ‎education as a research institution ‎active in the field of ‎‎scientific ‎research and technological ‎development, Specifically, ‎‎‎educational scientific research, as ‎one of the basic ingredients of ‎‎‎Algeria's existing and accredited ‎educational system, Through a ‎‎legal ‎reading based on a content analysis ‎of the most prominent laws ‎‎and ‎regulations governing and organizing the field of scientific ‎‎research and technological ‎‎development in general, and the ‎National ‎Institute for Research in ‎‎Education in particular.‎ key words‏:‏‎ Algerian Legislation,‎‏ ‏Central Decisions ‎‎, Educational ‎Research, ‎Research ‎Institutions, Quality of Decisions.‎
