Abstract
Abstract: Organizations aim to achieve their sustainability, success, uniqueness, and organizational development by focusing on administrative operations. Administrative direction is considered one of the modern operations that has a close relationship with the human resource and is the key element in achieving high efficiency and effectiveness of the desired goals. This research paper aims to clarify the role of administrative direction in achieving organizational development within the organization through its main elements, which are leadership affecting personal relationships among individuals, motivation creating responsiveness and promoting excellence in work, and communication that helps understand the implementation methods to achieve desired goals. ملخص تسعى المنظمات إلى تحقيق إستمرارها ونجاحها وصنع تميزها وتحقيق تطويرها التنظيمي بالتركيز على العمليات الإدارية ، ويعتبر التوجيه الإداري من العمليات الحديثة التي لها علاقة وطيدة بالمورد البشري خاصة وأنه العنصر الأساسي في تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة بدرجة عالية من الكفاءة والفعالية، وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى توضيح دور التوجيه الإداري في تحقيق التطوير التنظيمي داخل المنظمة، من خلال عناصره الأساسية وهي القيادة التي لها تأثير على العلاقات الشخصية بين الأفراد، والتحفيز الذي يخلق الإجابية ويدفع إلى إتقان العمل، والإتصال الذي يساعد على فهم الطرق التنفيذية من أجل تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة.
