تأثير التغيرات المناخية على مهام الجماعات المحلية في توزيع المياه الصالحة للشرب في الجزائر

الملخص
نحاول من خلال هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على إحدى الأزمات التي تعاني منها الجماعات المحلية في الجزائر، حيث أنه ومع موجة الجفاف الحاد التي خلفتها ظاهرة التغيرات المناخية، والتي أثرت وبشكل رهيب على منسوب التساقطات المطرية، أين أصبحت مهمة التزود بالماء الشروب عبئا وهاجسا يؤرق هذه الهيئات، وبدت في معظمها عاجزة عن الوفاء بالتزاماتها، وبرزت الكثير من العراقيل والمعيقات تباعا، حيث الندرة وعدم الكفاية والتذبذب في التمويل والانقطاعات المتكررة، الشيء الذي جعل السلطات الوصية تتدخل لإعادة النظر في كيفية التعامل مع ندرة هذه المادة الحيوية، من خلال البحث عن حلول بديلة. تقضي على أزمة التزود بمياه الشروب. وتخفف العبء على الجماعات المحلية.
