الصلابة النفسية وعلاقتها بدقة التصويب رمية (7) امتار بكرة اليد لدى طلبة كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة الكوفة

الملخص

ترتكز مقدمة واهمية البحث ان لاعب اليد يتطلب منه اداء عالي في جميع المهارات وخصوصاُ في رمية (7) امتار لان دقة تنفذها هي متغير مهم في مجال السلوك الحركي لأنها تتطلب تنفيذ حركي بأقل أخطاء ممكنة. ومن هنا تكمن أهمية الدراسة في معرفة العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية ودقة (7) امتار .اما مشكلة البحث وأن معظم المعنيين لم يعطوا الاهتمام الكافي في إعداد اللاعبين من الجانب النفسي من خلال تطوير بعض المتغيرات النفسية التي يتميز بها كل لاعب وتطوير تلك المتغيرات من خلال التدريب ،مما يؤدي إلى هدر الجهد والوقت في التدريب ومن ثم عدم تحقيق المستوى والنتائج المطلوبة . يهدف البحث التعرف على العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية دقة التصويب رمية (7) امتار بكرة اليد لدى طالبة كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في جامعة الكوفة ، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب الدراسات المسحية والعلاقات الارتباطية. لملائمته طبيعة المشكلة وحلها وتحقيق أهداف البحث لحل المشكلة . تحدد مجتمع البحث بطلبة المرحلة الرابعة في جامعة الكوفة - كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة (2021-2022) والبالغ عددهم (89) طالب ، وتم اختيار عينه مكونة من (30) طالب تمثل (33.707% ) من مجتمع الأصل بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ، وتم اختيار (5) طالب للتجربة الاستطلاعية ، أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية الدلالة بين الصلابة نفسية و رمية (7) امتار لطلاب المرحلة الرابعة أثناء الأداء. The introduction and importance of the research is based on the fact that the handball player requires high performance in all skills, especially in the (7) meter throw, because the accuracy of its execution is an important variable in the field of motor behavior because it requires motor execution with the least possible errors. Hence, the importance of the study lies in knowing the relationship between psychological toughness and accuracy of (7) meters. As for the research problem, most of those concerned did not give enough attention to preparing the players from the psychological side by developing some psychological variables that characterize each player and developing those variables through training. Which leads to wasting effort and time in training and then not achieving the required level and results. The research aims to identify the relationship between psychological toughness and the shooting accuracy of a throw (7) meters in handball for a student of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Kufa The researcher used the descriptive approach in the manner of survey studies and correlational studies. For its suitability to the nature of the problem, its solution, and the achievement of the research objectives to solve the problem. The research community was determined by the students of the fourth stage at the University of Kufa - College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (2021-2022), whose number is (89) students. (5) A student of the exploratory experiment, the results showed a significant correlation between psychological toughness and the throw (7) meters of the fourth stage students during the performance.
