التصادم الاستراتيجي للقوى الكبرى في سوريا: الدوافع و التداعيات

الملخص

تحاول الدراسة تسليط الضوء على أدوار القوى الكبرى في الأزمة السورية، خاصة في شقها العسكري، و محدات هذه الادوار , و تداعياتها على هيكاية النظام الدولي و المؤسسات الدولية. و قد توصلت الدراسة الى أن الصراع الروسي الأمريكي في سوريا له تداعياته على هيكلية النظام الدولي حيث برز محوران يتجاذبان الملف السوري، هما المحور الداعم للنظام السوري بقيادة روسيا و حلفائها، و أيضا المحور المناهض للنظام السوري بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، و حلفائها, كما توصلت الدراسة الى أن عودة روسيا الى الساحة الدولية كقطب رئيسي ساهم في اعادة بعث دور الامم المتحدة و أهم القواعد القانونية في العلاقات الدولية. The study aims to shed light on the roles of the major powers in the Syrian crisis, especially in Its military aspect, the determinants of these roles, and their repercussions on the level of the structure of the international system and institutions International. The study concluded that the Russian-American conflict in Syria has repercussions on the structure of the regime The international community, where two axes have emerged tugging at the Syrian file, the axis supporting the Syrian regime led by Russia and Its allies, as well as the anti-regime axis led by the United States of America and its allies, as it has reached The study concluded that Russia's return to the international arena as a major pole contributed to reviving the role of the United Nations The United States and the most important legal rules in international relations.
