الملخص
إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقديم تحليل لشكل العلاقة بين كل من المجتمع المدني والمجتمع الأهلي في الجزائر وتأثير القيم التي تربط الأخير على عملية التأسيس للمجتمع المدني الذي بات يعتبر مدخلا أساسيا من مداخل تكريس وتنزيل الديمقراطية في المجتمعات العربية. وذلك من خلال بناء مقارنة بين النموذجين بالاستناد على أهم التعاريف الواردة في دراسة كلا المفهومين وتقديم صورة عن شكل المجتمع المدني في الجزائر وعلاقته بالسلطة السياسية وذلك بهدف الإحاطة بإشكالية الدراسة من كل الجوانب للوصول لنتائج تخدم البحث في هذا المجال. Abstract: The aim of this study is to provide an analysis of the relationship between civil society and the community in Algeria, as well as the impact of the values that connect the latter to the establishment process of civil society. Civil society has become an essential gateway for the consolidation and implementation of democracy in Arab societies. This will be achieved by comparing the two models based on the important definitions mentioned in the study of both concepts and presenting a picture of civil society in Algeria and its relationship with political power. The goal is to comprehensively examine the study's problem from all angles in order to reach results that serve research in this field.
