الملخص

إن حالة الطوارئ الصحية الناجمة عن تفشي الأوبئة الخطيرة والمستجدة أثرت سلبا على ممارسة الحق في المعلومات، وأدت إلى بروز معايير جديدة ترتبط بالحق في المعلومات، وتتعلق بمبادئ الكشف المطلق، والنشر الإلزامي للمعلومات، وتيسير إجراءات الحصول على المعلومات، وتضييق نطاق القيود على حرية المعلومات، وهذا لتحسين ممارساتها في ظل الظروف الإستثنائية والمعقدة. The state of health emergency resulting from the outbreak of serious and emerging epidemics has negatively affected the exercise of the right to information, and led to the emergence of new standards related to the right to information, related to the principles of absolute disclosure, compulsory publication of information, facilitating procedures for obtaining information, and narrowing the scope of restrictions on freedom of information, This is to improve its practices under exceptional and complex circumstances.
