الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على أثر العملات الرقمية على الاقتصاد وواقع تبنيها بالجزائر، من خلال التطرق لمختلف المفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بالموضوع، ومحاولة توضيح أثر العملات الرقمية على الأدوات الاقتصادية من سياسة مالية ونقدية وبعض الأنشطة الأخرى، وتسليط الضوء على حالة الجزائر ومواقفها وتوجهاتها حول تبني العملات الرقمية، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ومنهج دراسة الحالة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن بالرغم من المميزات التي توفرها العملات الرقمية إلا أنها تحمل عدة مخاطر والتي تؤثر بصفة مباشرة على الاقتصاد، وعليه أوصت الدراسة بأنه يجب على الجزائر مواكبة التغيرات الحاصلة في المجال المصرفي والمالي وذلك بتبنيها للتقنيات المالية الحديثة وأهمها العملات الرقمية وتوفير متطلبات ذلك. Abstract: The study aims to identify the impact of digital currencies on the economy and the reality of their adoption in Algeria, by touching on the various theoretical concepts related to the topic, and trying to clarify the impact of digital currencies on economic tools from financial and critical policy and some other activities, and highlighting the situation of Algeria, its positions and orientations on the adoption of digital currencies And, by relying on the descriptive approach and the case study curriculum. The study concluded that despite the advantages provided by digital currencies, it carries several risks that directly affect the economy, and the study recommended that Algeria must keep pace with the changes in the banking and financial field by adopting technologies Modern finance, the most important of which are digital currencies and the provision of requirements.
