الملخص
الملخص Abstract حيث يتناول المقال جانبا مهما من اللغة وهو علم الأصوات الوظيفي وذلك. بعرض مصطلحاته حيث بدأت بعرض تاريخي لهذا العلم ومحاولة تحديد انطلاق الدراسات فيه عند العرب القدامى، ثم الغرب المحدثين والعرب معًا مع عرض مختصر للدراسات اللغوية لوظائف وتراكيب أصوات اللغة، ثم نعرج نحو إلقاء إطلالة على بعض التعاريف المقابلة لهذا المصطلح عند بعض اللغويين، وكان الهدف الأسمى لهذا الموضوع هو الاعتراف أن فروع علم الصوت تتكامل فيما بينها، وهدف الموضوع هو إزاحة الستار عن مصطلحات فرع لغوي بات مهما في ربط عناصر اللغة فيما بينها، وما لمسناه هو أن علم المصطلح يثري اللغة نفسها باختلاف العلماء في توحيد اسم هذا العلم، مما يفتح مجالا للبحث في علم اللغة وإزالة الغبار عن مصطلحاتها باعتبار أن المصطلح هو روح اللغة ومحركها الأساسي للتطور والتقدم فدخلنا في صميم اللغة ذاتها، وفي طيات الكتب فلمسنا جانبا غنيا مستترا منها وهي مصطلحات علم الأصوات الوظيفي كالمقطع، والفونيم، مع ترجمة باللغة الفرنسية ومن أهداف هذا المقال هو تعريف الطلبة في مرحلتي الليسانس والماستر بمصطلحات هذا العلم، وليكون لهم بداية بحوث جديدة لتطوير اللغة العربية نفسها والسير بها إلى الأحسن دائما. ومن أهم نتائج البحث: 1- هذا الموضوع يعتبر إضافة وهو موضوع ثري. 2- عدم توحيد المصطلح قضية تؤدي إلى رفع شأن اللغة نفسها. لو يساهم في تطوير مصطلحاتها، ويفتح باب البحث في مواضيعها. 3- تطور العرب القدماء في مجال الصوتيات ولا يمكن تجاهل مجهوداتهم. 4- يجب على دارسي اللغة معرفة مصطلحات هذا الجانب الصوتي من اللغة. The article deals with an important aspect of language, which is functional phonology. By presenting its terminology, where it began with a historical presentation of this science and an attempt to determine the launch of studies in it for the ancient Arabs, then the modern West and the Arabs together with a brief presentation of linguistic studies of the functions and structures of language sounds,Then we turn towards a view of some of the definitions corresponding to this term for some linguists, and the ultimate goal of this topic was to recognize that the branches of phonetics are integrated with each other, and the goal of the topic is to unveil the terms of a linguistic branch that has become important in linking the elements of language among themAnd what we have seen is that the science of terminology enriches the language itself with the difference of scholars in the unification of the name of this science, which opens a field for research in linguistics and removing dust from its terminology, considering that the term is the soul of the language and its main engine for development and progress, so we entered the heart of the language itself, and in the folds of books, we touched one side A hidden richness of it, which is the terminology of functional phonology such as the syllable and the phoneme, with translation in French. One of the objectives of this article is to familiarize students in the bachelor and master stages with the terms of this science, and to have them start new research to develop the Arabic language itself and make it always better. Among the most important search results: 1- This topic is considered an addition and it is a rich topic. 2- Failure to unify the term is an issue that raises the status of the language itself. If it contributes to the development of its terminology, and opens the door for research in its topics. 3- The development of the ancient Arabs in the field of acoustics and their efforts cannot be ignored. 4- Language learners must know the terminology of this phonemic aspect of the language.
