الملخص
الهدف من دراسة موضوع التدابير الشرعية في حفظ البيئة من مخلفات الثروة الحيوانية، هو إبراز أهمية البيئة، ومدى إسهام الشريعة في حفظها من خلال دراسة نماذج لمعالجة المخلفات الحيوانية. وأسفر البحث إلى أن الشريعة حددت أطر استغلال المخلفات بما يتوافق مع مقاصد الشرع، كإنتاج الغاز الحيوي والمواد المحسنة للتربة الزراعية من فضلات الحيوانات، والانتفاع بالجيلاتين عموما في مجال الطباعة وفي المواد المخصصة للتحاليل المخبرية للكشف عن الأحياء الدقيقة بالمخابر.أما في مجالات الصناعات الغذائية والمستحضرات الصيدلانية والتجميلية فيشترط أن يكون الجيلاتين حلال المصدر Abstract: The purpose of studying the article of ‘ Shariaa’ measures in preserving the environment from livestock waste, is to highlight the importance of the environment, and the contribution of ‘Shariaa’ to its preservation through the study of animal waste treatment models. This research concluded that ‘Shariaa’ defined the ways of exploiting those wastes in accordance with the rules of ‘Shariaa’, such as the production of biogas and agricultural soil improvement materials taken from animal waste, and the benefits of gelatin in the field of printing together with the materials designated for laboratory treatments in detecting microorganisms, Concerning the fields of food industries and pharmaceuticals, the source of gelatin must be ‘halal’.
