واقع الشمول المالي الرقمي ومساهمته في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في الدول العربية

الملخص
عالجت هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع الشمول المالي الرقمي في الدول العربية، وهدفت إلى الوقوف على واقعه، بالإضافة إلى إبراز مساهمته في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تناولت الورقة في جزئها الأول علاقة الشمول المالي الرقمي بأهم محددان له، وهما معدل انتشار الإنترنت ومعدل امتلاك الحسابات المالية، بحيث تم مقارنة فجوة الاستخدام المالي الرقمي وفجوة التغطية لكل منهما، بالإضافة إلى دراسة الفجوة بين الجنسين في مجال الاستخدام المالي الرقمي، إضافة إلى مقارنة نسبة مستخدمي الإنترنت في الدول العربية، وتم هذا كله بالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي R، كما تناولت الورقة في جزئها الثاني مساهمة الشمول المالي الرقمي في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في الدول العربية، بحيث تم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج الهامة والأولى من نوعها بالنسبة لدراسة حالة الدول العربية. This research paper dealt with the issue of digital financial inclusion in the Arab countries, and aimed to determine its reality, in addition to highlighting its contribution to achieving sustainable development goals. To achieve this goal, the paper dealt, in its first part, with the relationship of digital financial inclusion with its two most important determinants, namely the Internet penetration rate and the rate of owning financial accounts, so that the digital financial use gap and the coverage gap for each were compared, in addition to studying the gender gap in the field of digital financial use, in addition To compare the percentage of Internet users in the Arab countries, and all this was done based on the statistical program R. The second part of the paper also addressed the contribution of digital financial inclusion to achieving sustainable development goals in the Arab countries. So that many important and first results of its kind have been reached for the case study of the Arab countries.
