الملخص

الملخص : تهيمن أزمة تغير المناخ على أهم المواقع والمنصات الإخبارية بعدما أصبحت تشكل أكبر تهديد لبقاء الكائنات الحية ومن ضمنها الجنس البشري ومسألة استمراره وجه المعمورة، خاصة بعد تسجيل المختصين والباحثين في هذا المجال لزيادة مطردة لدرجة حرارة الأرض خلال المائة سنة الماضية وذلك بسبب الأنشطة الإنسانية وبالتحديد تلك المرتبطة بالصناعة وما ينتج عنها من زيادات في معدل انبعاث غازات الدفيئة، وما تسببه هذه الأخيرة من اختلال واضطراب في الظروف المناخية المعتادة كالحرارة، وأنماط الرياح، ومعدل تساقط الأمطار المميزة لكل منطقة في العالم والمرتبط بنوعية مناخها وغيرها من الظروف، لهذا أصبحت شعوب العالم جمعيها تلاحظ تلك التحولات المحسوسة في أحوال الطقس، والظاهرة جليا من خلال ارتفاع وثيرة كل أنواع الكوارث الطبيعية ومدى عنفها وشدتها من زلازل وفيضانات وجفاف وأعاصير وغيرها، وهو ما فرض على منظمة الأمم المتحدة التحرك العاجل وذلك بتسخير كل أدواتها خاصة الاتفاقيات الدولية البيئية وإسهاماتها المتميزة في هذا الشأن كنوع من مضاعفة الجهود الدولية في سبيل العمل على الحد من الانعكاسات السلبية لهذه الأزمة. Abstract: The climate change matter is dominating the most important websites and news discussions, as well as the most prominent international forums, after becoming one of the greatest threat to the survival of any living species , including the human being, and the issue of continuation of these aforesaid and their existence on the globe .Especially after the specialists and researchers declared that the earth temperature is increasing tremendously during the past centuries .This latter is due to the harmful human activities in the field of industry which is leading to an increase in the rate of gas emissions, global warming causing the disruption the of climatic change such as the temperature, wind patterns, and the rate of rainfall of each area of the world, related to the quality of its climate and many other conditions. And it has become a fact experienced by most of peoples of the world through those tangible changes in weather conditions, and the phenomenon is evident through the high frequency of all kinds of natural disasters such as seisms, floods, droughts, hurricanes, and many other problems . It is an evidence that forced the United Nations to take urgent actions by using all its means , especially through the international treaties concerning environments and the excellent actions that are requiring from different countries to double the international efforts in order that they perform seriously so as to reduce the negative repercussions of this global crisis.
